Returns

We have a full 30-day refund and return policy on all gemstone sales. If you, or your client, should not be 100% happy with your purchase, simply return the gemstone/s in their original condition with a copy of your invoice to us. Please ensure they are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Note: We cannot accept any set or damaged gemstones.

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the return/s. Shipping, insurance and credit card processing costs are non-refundable.
